We have to announce the termination of all Licenses given to the company “Howell
Enterprises Inc.” to represent KALMATRON® Corporation, its trademarks, products, and mix
designs from October 23-d, 2009.
Therefore, “Howell Enterprises Inc.” does not authorized to advertize and sell
KALMATRON® products or products under any other brand names, trademarks or codes with
the properties determining KALMATRON® products recognition on any other territory or by
any other business/private entity. From: KALMATRON Corporation November 30-d, 2011 We have to inform about disaffiliation with UAB “Betono Zona” by the reason of our
products dilution by Mr. Gintautas Siauciunas and sold by UAB “Betono Zona” under
recognition of and by “K1OO®" or "KALMATRON®" - A; B; C,” etc.
Therefore, from November 30, 2011 [1] UAB “Betono Zona” is no longer representative of
“Kalmatron Corporation” which affected following clauses to arise as follows.
a). “Kalmatron Corporation” refuses to supply UAB “Betono Zona” with its products from
November 30, 2011.
b). any concerns about products performance must be considered as money return claim
by prosecution in accordance with applicable law.
c) "Authorization of Representation" issued on behalf of Mr. Gintautas Siauciunas and
UAB "Betono Zona" is nulled and void from November 30, 2011.

Therefore, Beijing Digital Age Info Tech Ltd. is not authorized to advertise or sell KALMATRON® products or products under any other brand name, trademark or code with the properties of KALMATRON® products on any territory or through any business or private entity.
All obligations and contracts between you or your company and Beijing Digital Age Info Tech Ltd. or its business associates and entities are expired by termination of its jurisdictional base from May 3rd, 2016.
